Patient Goals
This 30-year-old mother of two desired fuller, more proportionate breasts while maintaining a natural-looking appearance. Previously wearing a 34B bra, her goal was to achieve approximately a full C cup with improved breast volume and shape.
During her consultation, Dr. Mihail Climov identified mild pre-existing breast asymmetry, including differences in breast size, chest-wall contour, and inframammary fold positioning.

Breast Augmentation Results- Natural-Looking Breast Augmentation
At five weeks following breast augmentation, the photographs document the patient's early postoperative breast appearance following placement of 295cc silicone implants.
The procedure was designed to increase breast volume while maintaining proportions appropriate for her anatomy. Pre-existing differences in chest-wall shape and breast positioning were considered during surgical planning.
These photographs represent early healing, and breast shape and implant position may continue to evolve as swelling resolves and tissues settle.
At just five weeks postoperatively, the patient is extremely happy with her results and her enhanced breast volume and shape. As healing progresses, her breasts will continue to settle into their final position, with further refinement of their appearance over the coming months.
