Natural-Looking Breast Augmentation with 255cc Silicone Implants
Patient Goals
This 26-year-old patient presented to Dr. Mihail Climov seeking breast augmentation to enhance her naturally small breast volume and improve her overall breast shape and proportions.
With a petite frame and a BMI of 21.8, the patient's goal was to achieve fuller, more proportionate breasts while maintaining a balanced appearance.
Following a comprehensive consultation and evaluation of her anatomy, Dr. Climov developed an individualized surgical plan using 255cc silicone implants placed in the subfascial plane.
Procedure Details
Subfascial Breast Augmentation Results
Dr. Climov performed bilateral subfascial breast augmentation using 255cc Allergan Natrelle silicone implants to enhance breast volume, projection, and contour while maintaining proportions appropriate for the patient's frame.
Unlike traditional submuscular breast augmentation, subfascial breast augmentation positions the implants beneath the fascia covering the pectoralis major muscle rather than beneath the muscle itself.
This technique preserves the pectoralis major muscle and may reduce implant movement associated with muscle contraction, commonly referred to as animation deformity. Implant coverage and aesthetic outcomes depend on the patient's individual anatomy and tissue characteristics.
The selected 255cc extra-full profile implants were used to create additional projection without requiring a larger implant volume.
Patient Satisfaction and Recovery
The patient's breast augmentation was designed to achieve fuller, more proportionate breasts while preserving a balanced silhouette.
As healing progresses, breast swelling typically decreases and implant position and breast contour continue to settle.
Individual results may vary. Outcomes depend on each patient's anatomy, implant selection, surgical technique, and healing process.
The patient is very happy with her results and her enhanced breast shape and volume.
