Patient Goals
This 38-year-old patient desired fuller, more youthful-looking breasts following recent weight loss that had contributed to changes in her breast volume and shape.
Previously wearing approximately a B-cup bra, she wanted increased upper breast fullness, enhanced projection, improved cleavage, and a more elevated breast appearance.
Her goal was to achieve fuller, beautifully proportioned breasts with a natural-looking contour while avoiding excessive lateral fullness or an overly augmented appearance.

Breast Augmentation Results
Dr. Climov performed bilateral breast augmentation using 420cc Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA silicone implants to enhance breast volume, upper pole fullness, and projection.
The surgical plan focused on creating a fuller breast silhouette, improving the appearance of cleavage, and achieving proportions that complemented the patient's petite 5'2" frame.
The selected implants provide additional projection while the overall breast appearance remains influenced by the patient's natural anatomy, existing breast tissue, and chest-wall characteristics.
The postoperative photographs are taken 3 months post-op. Breast shape and implant position may continue to evolve over the following months.
