During his tenure at Harvard, he contributed to groundbreaking studies in skin bioengineering, novel imaging technologies, transplant tolerance, and microsurgery—earning multiple research grants and recognition at international conferences.
After serving as an Instructor in Surgery at Harvard, Dr. Climov returned to hands-on patient care, completing his Plastic Surgery residency at West Virginia University. He then pursued advanced specialization in aesthetic surgery through an Aesthetic Society (ASAPS)-endorsed fellowship at the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery in Houston, one of the most prestigious programs in the country.
